POSTAGE PRICE CALCULATOR

The postage for conveyance of Post Express items is determined based on the Post Express Service Price List and depends on the following:

• Type of the service chosen and
• Weight of item

If the customer requires special and additional services (insured, COD, advice of delivery, restricted mail...), the postage for the particular services based on the Post Express Service Price List is added on the basic postage.

As regards COD items, the addressee is charged for the COD amount and the postage for the conveyance of the COD amount which is then returned to the sender. The postage for the COD amount conveyance shall be calculated according to theMoney Operations Services Pricelist

For better understanding of the above, please see the following example:

To caluculate postage and COD for Post express item with the service “Today for Tomorrow”, amounting to 2,000 RSD; COD 2,000 RSD; weighing 1 kg; with indication that the postage will be paid by the addressee. In this example the postage for conveyance of Post Express item shall be 282.00 RSD and includes the following parts:

• 240,00 RSD(postage for conveyance of the PE items weighing 0.5 kg to 2 kg),
• 20,00 RSD(1% of the total amount indicated on the item),
• 22,00 RSD (postage for conveyance of the COD item).

In case that the sender wants the COD amount to be sent and paid at the indicated address by postal money order, the addressee shall pay the amount of 2,354.00 RSD at the delivery, the amount that comprises of the following:

• 2000,00 RSD (COD amount),
• 282,00 RSD (postage for PE item conveyance),
• 72,00 RSD (postage for COD amount conveyance by postal money order which is received as a sum of a fee for money order conveyance of 22.00 RSD and a fee for the money order amount which is 2.5% of the indicated amount on the money order; the exception is the amount of 800.00 RSD to which the postage of 42.00 RSD is added).

In case that the sender wants that the COD amount to be paid-in to his current account by the payment order, the addressee shall pay the amount of 2,317.00 RSD which comprises of the following:

• 2000,00 RSD (COD amount),
• 282,00 (RSD (postage for PE item conveyance),
• 35,00 RSD (postage for payment onto the current account for the amount up to 3,500.00 RSD, and for the amounts above that, 1% of the indicated amount on the payment order).

In case that the sender wants the COD amount to be sent and paid at the indicated address by postal money order, the addressee shall pay the amount of 2,376.00 RSD at the delivery, the amount that comprises of the following:

• 200,00 RSD (COD amount),
• 282,00 RSD (postage for PE item conveyance),
• 94,00 RSD (postage for COD amount conveyance by postnet money order which is received as for handling of money orders with out-payment at the counter of 22.00 RSD and a fee for the money order amount which is 2.5% of the indicated amount on the money order; the exception is the amount of 800.00 RSD to which the postage of 64.00 RSD is added).

Postal money order may be used only in the case when both the sender and the addressee of the COD item are natural persons.
Payment order may be used in the case when both the sender and the addressee of COD item are natural persons, as well as when the sender is a legal person and the addressee a natural person.
Postnet money order may be used only in the case when both the sender and the addressee of the COD item are natural persons.
The collection of the Post Express COD item cannot be performed in the case when the addressee is a legal person.
